  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily mean we accept it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.

3. Payment

  • Delivery Estimates: All delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Ismail Furniture pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery and must report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Furniture is generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Any return requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to our approval.
  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item's price.
  • Refunds: If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ismail Furniture website and mobile app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ismail Furniture and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ismail Furniture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
