What types of furniture do you offer?

Ismail Furniture carries a wide range of ready-made indoor and outdoor furniture for home and commercial use. Our collections include living-room sofas and armchairs, dining and bar tables with matching chairs, office desks and chairs, bedroom sets, storage units, outdoor patio sets, and specialty items for restaurants and hotels (e.g. restaurant dining tables, bar stools, high chairs). We focus on full collections rather than custom builds. All items are off-the-shelf, high-quality pieces suited to homes, offices, restaurants, and hospitality venues.

Can I order custom furniture?

No. We sell only ready-made, in-stock furniture. We do not offer custom design or made-to-order items. Our inventory features fixed designs across all categories, so customers can choose from existing products rather than place custom orders.

Do you offer discounts or special terms for bulk/business orders?

Yes. We welcome orders from business customers (restaurants, hotels, offices, designers, etc.) and offer competitive pricing for large or repeat orders. For bulk purchases or contract projects, we can often provide volume discounts or custom quotations. Please contact our sales department with your project details or order quantity, and we will be happy to give you a special quote. How can I check if an item is available?

Product availability is shown on our website and app. In-stock items are marked as available, while out-of-stock or special-order items will note their lead time on the product page. Most items ship right away; a few may have a 2–3 week lead time depending on the produc . If you have any doubt, feel free to call or email us to confirm stock.

Do you deliver to my area, and how long does delivery take?

We deliver across Lebanon, including all Beirut neighborhoods, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon (Tripoli region), Bekaa, and the South . Delivery within Lebanon is free ismailfurniture.com . Smaller orders or outlying areas may incur a nominal fee. Delivery times are typically quick: most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after confirmation . Before delivery, our team will call you to confirm the exact delivery date and time and the drop-off address . We coordinate closely with you to schedule a convenient slot.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes. Our delivery service includes basic installation and set-up of furniture. For example, we will carry tables and assembled seating into the room of your choice and attach any legs or components that come unassembled. Installation is included at no extra charge for standard furniture items. If specialized installation is needed (e.g. mounting large items), we can assist or refer a technician as needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments only. You can pay in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or US Dollars (USD) in cash either on delivery or when you pick up your items from our showroom. We do not accept credit cards, checks, or digital payments at this time. (Note: Our terms are essentially cash-on-delivery . We can accept a partial deposit in cash when ordering, with the balance due on delivery.)

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final – we do not offer returns or exchanges on furniture once sold. Please make sure to choose your items carefully (dimensions and upholstery colors are shown on our site). That said, we inspect every piece before dispatch. If you discover a defect or damage upon delivery, please refuse the item or notify us immediately. We will replace or repair any defective item under the manufacturer’s warranty and make it right . Otherwise, because furniture is a final-sale product, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely. Our physical showroom is located on New Airport Road, Beirut. You are welcome to browse our inventory in person. Our showroom hours are: Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 and Sat 8:00–15:00 ismailfurniture.com . No appointment is needed during business hours. If you plan a large visit or need design advice, feel free to call ahead so we can prepare for your arrival.

How do I use the website or app to place an order?

Our website and mobile app are designed for easy shopping. Simply browse by category (e.g. “Outdoor,” “Indoor,” “Restaurant”) or use the search tool to find an item. On a product page, you’ll see photos, prices, and availability. To order, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. You will enter your contact and delivery information, then submit the order. Our team will review your order, confirm stock, and contact you to schedule delivery and payment. You will receive an email or text confirmation. The app works the same way as the website and can send you notifications about your order. If you have any trouble, you can always call our support line for assistance.
